Immediate Care or Emergency Room?
Deciding whether to go an urgent care, or emergency department can be challenging. The information listed below may be utilized as a guide to help you make this sometimes difficult decision.
The following conditions are examples of those that need to be evaluated in an emergency department.
• Heart attack, or Stroke symptoms
• Chest pain
• Difficulty breathing
• Deep cuts or bleeding that won’t stop
• Large bone fractures
• Pregnancy-related problems
• Gunshot or knife wounds
• Vomiting or Coughing Blood
• Severe Burns
• Loss of consciousness
